so how is it that: "Any exceptions must receive prior approval and should be channeled through HR."  What, does Chrysler <i>own</i> their employees?  Is it some sort of indentured servitude over there?  I can and will apply for any position at any time I want, I don't care what my boss says or thinks.  heck, I learned many, many years ago - you don't even tell the boss that you're lookin' until you have a written offer.  Then you negotiate more money (if that's the issue)</p>
