They are closing off parts of Lower Wacker & Lower Michigan almost every Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday night for the last three weeks.

The most recent closures were:

Lower Wacker Drive from Harrison Street to Michigan Avenue was closed from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. Thursday and Friday, reopening at 6 a.m. Saturday. [July 19,20,21]

Lower Michigan Avenue from Lower Wacker Drive to South Water Street was closed from 6 p.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Sunday. [July 21]

The lowest level of Randolph Street and Columbus Drive was closed from 6 p.m. Sunday to 6 a.m. Monday. [July 22,23]

Then, I quickly realized, they're just Super Swampers. Frankly, that's not that impressive. Hell, that's really just lazy, as the they're probably the LAST tires that the Batmobile should have (at least as far as fictional integrity is concerned).
