OK, for those that can't wait, I'm just going to go ahead and ruin it for you.

The best part is that the Autobots have learned of human culture from the Internet and behave an awful lot like a bunch of 20-somethings when they're not destroying Decepticons.

Wait, I take that back. Megan Fox is the best part.

Maybe I'm just not up on my Transformers information, but the Allspark apparently can only be used by the Decepticons. All the new robots created by the Spark take the side of the Decepticons and the CD boombox one (can't remember the name right now) uses it to regenerate a new body after Megan Fox dismembers him with a sawzall but Bumblebee can't use it to grow new legs.

It's never made clear why the Decepticons are all on Earth but Bumblebee is the only Autobot. Megatron knows the location of the Allspark but is incapacitated; presumably he signaled the others but there is a big time gap between Megatron's arrival and the shielding of the Allspark by the US government. And the Decepticons show up on Mars too.

Interesting moment: at the used car lot, Bumblebee the Camaro is parked next to a yellow '71 Beetle.

And yes, I had a Robogasm.

i'm glad to see that someone who was worried that bay would turn beloved childhood memories into garbage ended up liking the movie. i was going to go into the movie with an open mind anyway, but hearing this makes me think that change is good...even though G1 is still better.

And "Cars" was fantastic and I'm not ashamed at how excited I was to see it. "Tokyo Drift" was pretty fun too.

It is one truly badass film and will make a TON of money.

Word is not only did all the actors sign 3 picture deals and they've been told to keep their schedules open next year, but that the writers have the story arcs set for the next 2 films done already with the writing of the first... so cheers to the sequels not sucking.

I've got my tickets to see it again on release. See you all there!

Also, though it does not detract one iota from the storyline, this movie will be a goldmine for people that enjoy picking apart editing inconsistancies.
