Carefull bro. All them Awesome Chaparrals ran what was essentially an automatic transmission.

It freed up that clutch foot to adjust downforce when you needed it, on the winged cars. That totally killed any Anti-Awesomeness due to the auto-tranny.

Now, that crap-a-licious paddle shifter in the Galardo has put that car's Awesomeness in serious jeopardy. When that thing gets downshifted, the electronics do all sorts of goofy throttle inputs to get the thing to shift and anyone in earshot thinks you can't drive...and it sacrifices the clutch to accomplish such...not awesome indeed...
