I wonder, too, Eric. At the same time, as much as I love BMWs, the X3 doesn't really appeal to me. For that matter, neither does the X5. Gimme an M5 Touring.

With sales of the BMW X3 lagging, I wonder if there is really a market for all of the luxo cute utes that are rumored to be in the pipeline (Audi Q5, MB MLK, new Freelander, possible Volvo product, etc.).
