    Agreed.

    There was a book, not coffee table-sized, but it was one of the top 30 or 50 worst cars.

    I neglected to buy it, unfortunately, 'cause it was at a Half Price Bookstore, they had a few, and they'd have made excellent gifts for a couple of people I know.

    Plus, the humor was truly great.

    Un/under-employment is not fun.

    Based on the above gallery, drivers of trucks/vans/buses/SUVs are most likely to be involved in an TWBO incident (50%) and water should also be avoided (42%).

    Therefore, it would be smart to avoid driving trucks/vans/buses/SUVs anywhere near water. Unless you're looking to get yourself on the internet.

    Alright, here is how you do the Escort/Tracer thing. Use 5 ply, non treated plywood. Weld up some front mounts out of square and flat stock mild steel. Mount mounts to old seat mounts. Lay plywood on used carpet padding. Bolt plywood to mounts with ny-locs and fender washers. Staple carpet on top of plywood, hinge rear panel for spare tire access. Enjoy totally squeek free load floor for over 2 years. Attempt to justify to fiancee how your Escort is vastly improved by the subtraction of 50% of its people capacity. Tell her to ignore the fact that you have not used this extra capacity in its entire two year existance. Attempt to justify Escort wagon ownership by concluding that she likes the old motorcycles, which cost lots of money to keep running, parts are easy to find in the junkyard, and no one will steal it, because it's a POS. Then ask to use her TDI to run to the store.

    I have to pick 5---hard, hard choice, but it's the only one that has visible evidence of the evil events that followed from said mod. The skid marks and dinged door have a Wile E. Coyote quality about them that is just perfect.
