    Hey, that's my car! Thanks for the kind words about it, Ben et al. Besides looking good, it's a great driver. I did the 650 mile round-trip this weekend averaging close to 80 mph with the top down the whole way. Gotta' drive 'em!

    @NorrisCleite: Like anything else, condition and provenance are very important in determining value. A beautiful example with Pebble Beach history sold for $181,000 at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale earlier this year.

    I'd buy it, but I'm worried about the legroom. With the arms-out Italian driving position, I don't think my legs would be within about two feet of the pedals.

    Now that is what I call a classic. It is an unusual blend of Italian and American, has timeless good looks, And for those of you who care about such a technical definition of a classic, it is also a rare car.
