Prestige and exclusivity don't always need to be imported. Case in point: this brutish, home-grown 10-cylinder slice of 'merican pie known as the Dodge Viper GTS. Not only has this amazing car aged remarkably well, but it's depreciated to the point that it's cheaper than a modestly-optioned Honda Accord EX-L.
The Dodge Viper returned to the world in 2013 and everyone... kind of went, huh. That's a bit of a surprise considering the styling is excellent, the V10 makes amazing noise, and the performance capability of the car is higher than that of most drivers that will climb behind the wheel.
The original Viper, in GTS Coupe form, is still one of the most beautiful American cars ever built. The Dodge Viper GTS Hennessey Venom takes that beauty and turns it up a notch to "11." It'll also kill you if you're not careful. (via Photo Finish)
One bite of an asp did in Cleopatra. Similarly, a turn behind the wheel of today's Nice Price or Crack Pipe Viper may be enough for you to be bitten by its power, but will its price do it in?
