    T. Boone is really starting to piss me off with all his environmentalist garbage.

Why can't he just stick to oil as his names suggests?

@GasGuzzler: Oh, he is. $20 says the environmentally friendly cars are going to run on natural gas, natural gas one of his companies is a major supplier of.

Lee Iaccoca is being paid a handsome sum to appear in a number of lightly comical brand-awareness ad spots.

In reply to How To Decode Your Car's VIN
The Ford Tempo & Mercury Topaz Car Club of North America has an automated VIN decoder program. Type in the VIN of your Ford Tempo or Mercury Topaz and it will give you what manufacturing plant (there are only two, and all T/T Coupes were made in the U.S.), trim level/body style, model year, and model.

Although I was well aware of it all before, my 1989 Ford Tempo AWD was made in Kansas City Assembly in Claycomo, Missouri.

@Ford Tempo Fanatic: Not only do I have about 5 years worth of GM VIN decoders (one of my souvenirs from working at a Chev dealer), I've ran the GM vehicle inquiry system on my car multiple times. I've even looked at Ramos Arizpe on Google Maps to try and find the plant where it was built. I'm a bit of a dork.
