Happened to me when I was a kid by teenagers in my neighborhood: Brother and I snuck out at night and demolished the car - tires, interior, paint, everything. Proud, I'm not. But they got their due.
It seemed funny at first, but I thought about what happened "after" and it didn't seem funny anymore.
These kids' days are ruined, and so are their books, their lunches, and whatever other belongings they had on them. You get a one minute laugh, but these kids may have to wear soaked clothes for hours and who knows what consequences they would have for missing a day of school which I assume they would. There's a lot more to it than meets the eye, I bet.
@Flathead Smith: A guy I knew in university used to do this on busy city streets in early spring when the streets were full of brown slushy salty water (the sewers were still usually blocked by ice - anybody in the snowbelt knows what I'm talking about here). He once got about 20 people wet who were waiting for a bus. I was an unwilling passenger and I literally saw the crest of the brown wave of freezing cold slushy water (likely filled with dog shit) slam the glass front of the building next to the sidewalk and the mid section of the pedestrians. Yeah, he was a piece of work that guy.
This is hilarious. Everyone who says "BOOHOO What if she hit the kids?" should unclench and wait for an actual tragedy to happen. I've been drenched by asshole drivers, but that doesn't mean it wasn't funny.

@Chadwick Kirby: With a name like Chadwick Kirby, surely you know what it means to be the childhood victim of senseless abuse at the hands of complete strangers. Did it leave you with no compassion whatsoever?
Hmmm. According to the driver, the kids were playing around in the rain and puddles and yelled for her to splash them when she drove by the first time. So she turned around and came back for another pass.
Actually sounds plausible. Although it still probably wasn't the smartest or safest thing to do.
Wah, Wah. I'm hearing a lot of bellyaching from this crowd. Not much mention of what the kids might have LEARNED.
Don't stand in front of a puddle while waiting for a bus. Especially if you see cars spraying water as the other car in the video clearly did.
I wouldn't have hit that puddle that fast and close myself, but that's just because I expect the sort of idiot children who stand in front of a puddle like that to also be dumb enough to step in front of a moving car.
Puddle and asshole behavior aside, kids fall/are nudged off curbs all the time. She was easily doing 3x the speed she should have when passing by. Fuck her.

I always wondered if any of them got sick as a result of being drenched.

I'll be running around with a rifle and shooting randomly now hoping something funny happens.

Still unconscionably rude, reckless, and mean spirited.

Inconsiderate? That's a typically British understatement.
This is, ironically, very 'douche-ey'.
