I think this looks awesome (except for the slab-sided rear center, which looks like they phoned it in, hence why it resembles an icebox). For a business plan, GM should just make cars that look like Hot Wheels toys. I mean, what do they have got to lose? Market share?! Pah!

Super kewl and I'd love to have one. Now back to reality . . . GM please get to work making a simple, affordable, reasonable range electric vehicle and leave the super cars to the exotic car makers.

Crikey mate, that stingray looks dangerous! (I couldn't help myself...)

Seriously, I'm not a fan. I think they went too angular. Looks like a Caddy and a Lambo had thier way with it.

I suppose it's fine as a concept, and I love the idea that some of those classic elements might be coming back in future cars, but this car is just a little too exaggerated for my taste. The the front fenders are nice, though rear ones are just too extreme. The dimples on the side of the smiling face front grill make it look like Jim Carey in the Mask.

@Xeno: But a revolutionary family car that defines a new segment. You can't tell me the NHW20 Prius design wasn't radical.

And I doubt a dose of badass would hurt sales. Fuel economy, yes. Sales? No.

I sure hope this thing ends up at the Javitz Center this spring so I can snap some shots of it.

As for Transformers, I can't be the only one sort of disappointed that the main cars to select from are just GM's wares. GM is OK and all, but frankly, I find them boring. Thank goodness that the goofy little token Solstice was ripped in half.

@Xeno: By goofy Solstice, I meant the terrible character that was contorted within the curvy panels. I love the design a great deal more than the Saturn Sky, Vauxhall or Opel (I don't care to Google for the answer) Speedster it shares platforms with. I'm just glad he died, but I'm also disappointed that he wasn't a cool character, or even a Porsche. Stupid VW AG.

@Lite: is combing the desert.: Yeah, I know about the other deals that didn't go through, which is disappointing. What I did like, however, was that little jab at VW they made in the first flick. The VW bug that sat on the lot was bashed in by Bumblebee before Witwicky bought him.
