    My 2025 LeMons Venza is going to be painted gray with the yellow "Goodyear" logo inside a blue ellipse on each side.

    What is yours going to look like?

    I like it. You can spin your front tires in leafy glade plus it is big with poor mileage. Sounds like they have fully embraced their american car manufacturer status.

    Why you should buy this car: You are legally blind so you won't be offended by the hideously awkward styling and you will only drive this car on weekends on dry lake beds so you won't be offended by its total lack of driving prowess.

    Or, you know, you're a boring suburbanite who thinks that sitting 4 inches higher makes you exempt from traffic laws.

    this looks like a mini rx. I think it has a nice interior though. I just don't see how anyone would pick this up over contenders. This is coming from a toyota loyalist too.

    What happened to recommending the Honda CR-V as a substitute? I have one that's in the same class as the Venza and it's the best car I've had so far. It's zippy as hell and is great on gas too.

    @ugadawg: Sorry, but it's a much different car than the CR-V. If you want a competitor there it's the RAV-4. This one is much bigger, more powerful and more expensive.

    @Ben Wojdyla: You know I looked at both the RAV-4 and the CR-V and I decided on the CR-V for many reasons. I get more bang for the buck in the Honda. Everything that I wanted was standard with my trim level as opposed to the entry level AWD version of the RAV. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and I don't have an ounce of remorse. Plus I think the interior looks much better and is more functional for me. I've got the EX trim. I'm a happy camper :-)

    Need a van? Buy a van.
    Want a station wagon? Buy a station wagon.
    Want a Toyota? Buy a Camry or a Prius.

    What's the Lexus version of this, anyway?

    @Van Sarockin, rogue trebuchet:

    Need a van? Buy a Sprinter.
    Want a station wagon? Buy a late-60's 9-passenger monster.
    Want a Toyota? Buy an '05 Corolla and beat the crap outta it for the next 15 years.

    The Lexus version is the RX...kinda. There are differences, but not much to the Camry-based platform.

    Regardless, the C-pillar, which is really the D-pillar, could hide an Econoline.

    This wagon is genius on so many levels. Take a Camry and reskin it as some kind of pseudo SUVish-crossover-don't-call-it-a-wagon and add 10 grand to the price tag. The margins on these things have to be as massive as the curb weight.
