This is like when a fat chick decides it's a great idea to flash her goods at a party. No one cares and does their best to ignore it.

@SRTSIX: You should care. You might find it boring, but it is a trendsetting car and an important one.

I look at that photo and my brain just hurts. How can you work on anything in there?

Yesterday I helped a friend with a GMC pickup change the plugs. They are so hard to get at that you have to be a damn contortionist to reach any of them. And there is enough sharp metal around the engine that you're bound to get up a few times.

The engineers who design these things should be forced to repair them 100 times before they put the thing out for sale.

4th Gen. Camaros are notoriously difficult to change the plugs on. Some people just resort to dropping the engine to change the plugs.

@Daniel Horney: Access matters. I hate it when the repair manual goes:

    Step 1 - remove engine

Old full size GMs with AC used to be total bastards to get at the two plugs under the compressor. I doubt that half of them ever had those plugs changed.

Some cars have just one right way to get at fasteners, and you have to have the right tools to make it work. Others were just never thought through.

Is it just me or does that side shot look a bit distorted? It looks like a photo stuck in a homemade newsletter that didn't quite fit, so it got squeezed a little on the horizontal.

Ok. It's just me that's distorted.

@lilwillie: Well, it's more like the skinny, curveless, weird-looking girl who doesn't eat enough. You made the mistake of making eye contact once, which made her come over and give you an earful about her environmental views. Never again. You came here to have fun, not for a guilt trip.

I honestly believe these photos need to stop being "intercepted". The only people they can possibly appeal or be relevant to are pissy little backstreet Toyota Dealers, who want images of their new product to jerk off over.

and I thought the Mustang teaser campaign was the worst ever. I am so sick of that damn car and it isn't even out yet. I'd rather buy a Hyundai Genesis Coupe becuase they haven't bombarded me with useless photos and crap.
