    God almighty, how'd I miss the Land of the Lost Supercars?


    This Jag makes me a bit sad, but it'd be a bitchin' daily driver with the body left just like this:



    There's only a few of those cars that truly make me sad; quite a few of them appear to be in good hands, either to sacrifice parts for better-kept examples or to be restored, or they're complete basket-cases as they sit. The ones that are savable, but probably never will be...



    ...those bother me.

    I can't believe that LeMons galleries didn't get more looks than a toothpick car model. Then again, I suppose it's comforting that something as cool as LeMons will never get completely mainstream. And ruined.

    @NovaloadMissesPolar: You've got to remember that most of the page views don't come from the commentariat, what's popular with us has no bearing on what's popular with the masses.


    I like to think that makes us somehow "better" than the "normal" people, but I'm pretty sure it just means we're "weird".

    @DannyBN: My beater never has a shiny side. It's missing too many pieces to go through a car wash and I can't be arsed to wash it by hand--not to mention water restrictions now and then.
