    Why are they modding the IS-F? I thought it was pulled by Toyoda due to the carpocalypse?


    Or is it that we're looking at asian models here?

    I don't recall anything about the IS-F being pulled. In fact, they just put up a new billboard for it on the freeway I take to work. It wouldn't make sense for them to axe the model right away, though, now that they have already spent all the money for development and turned out a finished product. They would at least let it sell until it recouped those costs.

    Wald does a better job tuning big 4-doors. Their tuned Lexus LS, BMW 7, and Mercedes S class look really hot.

    Sure. New wheels, lowering kit/suspension upgrade, body kit. I think that's called "VIP" style tuning.

    "VIP" is a style that focuses only on the external. Some VIP-style cars have some level of basic performance upgrades such as a new intake or a custom exhaust, but that does not equate to "tuning".

    @Ash78: That's why the description in the Nihon Car article is more appropriate. These guys are dressers, not tuners.
