    I haven't seen the movie yet, but I will watch it. Only because I saw all of the others.


    Vin Diesel isn't a bad actor. Check out the movie "Find Me Guilty." He did a good job.

    @leavethegun-takethecannoli: I'm boycotting it, simply because of all the cool, old cars they completely demolished for what looks to be a shitty movie. I mean, they destroyed an original numbers-matching Torino 4 speed. Why? Why wouldn't a bondoed up, crusher-bound Torino have been acceptable?


    And don't get me started on the Chargers. I hope the director burns in hell one eternity per wrecked Charger.

    @mechimike: You honestly think they destroyed the Hero Car? You do know that when they make these movies they usually have three or four cars they use for different shots, right?

    @Alphamazing: I read an interview with the director where he admits they destroyed the 4 speed car, and he laments that they "had" to do it.

    Andy Samberg (and his cohorts) never fail to disappoint. They used to do The Lonely Island web clips, most of which were hilarious (see the hip-hop spoof Stork Patrol for a sample)


    Then on SNL, there's the Chronicles of Narnia Rap which helped make YouTube a household name. The white rasta sendup "Are You There, Jah? It's Me, Ras-Trent" was also gold. This weekend there was another rap spoof ("Like a Boss"?)


    There's probably a bunch I'm forgetting about.

Once a coastal city near the mouth of the then Euphrates river on the Persian Gulf, Ur is now well inland.
