    The Triumph gets passed by an Edsel at the end!


    I think the Jaguar/Sting ad should be here. Sting alleges that his song would never get airplay on its own, so he had to find another way to introduce it. Now I don't even remember the song but I see his goofy face in the back seat trying to look all creative and mystical.

    Is the sound of my skin crawling bothering you? Sorry.

    Aww, I kinda like the Duster commercial. It's utterly dumb and meaningless BUT HEY ENERGY and it actually shows the car doing something other than driving down PCH or the Salt Lake Flats. I think I saw it hundreds of times, back in the day, without registering it was a car commercial.

    I don't know about you guys, but "In My (Plymouth) Duster" is in heavy rotation on my iPod.


    Also, wouldn't it be great to have a mint condition Grand Wagoneer like the one Richard Dreyfuss drove in What About Bob? That's one of my dreams.

    UGH having a giant play button click off the page, opening a new window is an INSANELY annoying and quasi-deceptive way to get more page-views.


    That being said I never would have clicked play on that god forsaken Toyota ad and I'm sure The Fixx aren't happy with the damage that ad did to their song...
