But, uhh, yeah, for about two weeks in '95, my dream car was the loaded '90 Taurus wagon my parents test drove to replace their totalled Sonata. Now that I think about it, the slightly ligher first-gen wagon with a SHO engine would be pretty sexy.

Namely, start with a used AWD Hemi one and swap in the T-56 out of an SRT Charger. Also swap the front clip from a 300C on. Also add about $2k worth of go-fast parts.
Almost-an-S6 for about half the cost.

Fixing the fog light does not require saleing the audio equipment. Same goes for the tailgate; I dunno where you're from but I can source those parts pretty easily here at the Wilmington Pick-your-part. SHO parts included, though the SHOs show up more frequently in the Stanton and Anaheim yards...

(I learned to stall out on a '90 SHO (fbi package--- white, blacked out windows, grill, and wheels) and eventually figured out the whole clutch thing on it too......)
