    Okay, now that's BAD, but a close second would have to be Bret Saberhagen rapping about the F150 and Ranger for Kansas City Ford dealers back in the '80s. The worst midwestern-white-boy-ain't-got-no-funk rap you've ever head.


    I've actually kept a copy of it on VHS all these years. I'll have to find it and post it.

    Any El Pasoans present? If so, do you remember an ad from the '80s for Fortune Lincoln-Mercury in which they lampooned all of the other local car dealer commercials? You know, the one with a fake Dick Blanken in a Santa suit screaming about "ridiculously low financing?" Well, my dad was the fake Casa Ford granny, moustache and all. Sadly, this was both the start and finish of his shimmering acting career.

    There's a Chevy dealer whose hot blonde daughter does the commercials. At the end of each one, she says "Dad'll do it". You can imgagine the fun we've had with that one. Not only that, but every other dealer here has followed suit and has their daughter doing commercials. Some of them are, well, not TV material I guess. Funniest one was a bearded guy in a blond wig doing one.

    @philibuster: Well, Dave's (regular) Insanity is around 80k Scoville units and Ultimate Insanity is 250k, so roughly three times as hot. I've actually never tried Ultimate Insanity, but I have a bottle of Da Bomb Ground Zero, which is 234k and hot enough to be a fun way to torture your friends at slow dinner parties.


    If you're really going balls to the wall, feel free to order something from this page, but make sure you know what you're getting yourself into!

    There's a local TV ad in the Bay Area for an auto auction place (near Dublin?). The owner has his overdone middle aged wife and annoying kids read the scripts. Bordering on creepy.
