With the HD capabilities of the camera, objects that are quite far away are focused on in amazing clarity giving the impression that they are a lot closer...as in inches away. Can this only be successful with HD?

I haven't even figured out how to get my pictures onto my computer yet. Do you really think I am going to figure out Flickr sometimes before, oh, say, the next 18 months?
