    i'm thinking i need to check this show out... having grown up in tornado alley... and getting that wonderful book 'night of the twisters' read to me as a part of the 3rd grade 'story-time', just 9 years and 60 mi. away from the actual incident, in late march/early april (start of tornado season) somewhat scarred my mind...


    scarred it with that interest to be closer to those things than i should be... and yeah.. i've been near them and seen what they do... and am still interested.. (and not just in the 'aftermath' sort of way)

    at least we had the re-assurance of nuclear fallout shelters and *warning, asbestos insulation* throughout the schools. we were/are fine... hahahaha.. just fine
