I thought they said a few months back that they wouldn't be able to afford any more high-priced episodes revolving around exotic cars? Funny, could it all have been bait-n-switch, just like every other scoop we've had about the behind-the-scenes of Top Gear?
@Deartháir: I thought they said they'd have to cut the budget for all 13 episodes, or do 12 normal episodes and a spartan 13rd. Perhaps we can just expect this and 12 episodes where they review 1.6L Sierras and Honda-based Rovers, all filmed on a cell phone camera.
@Deartháir: Didn't Clarkson also offer that they could do a bunch of expensive episodes and then the last one of the series for one-pound-fifty? They did that once at the end of I think series four, and the result was hilarious.
Some say he's got ice in his veins, which is technically a Class-A felony in Dubai and therefore we may not be hearing from The Stig much over the next 20 years.
In honor of the venue, I present the latest Top Gear Challenge - Who can create the douchiest aftermarket customization from one of these fine supercars.

Oh, and if this is what the BBC meant by "budget cuts for Top Gear", bring on more cuts!

The McLaren Mercedes still looks especially schlongesque.
The Lamborghini is the closest thing to a "no-nonsense" supercar here, which is not something I'd ever have expected anyone to say.
I'm looking forward to it.

You're missing the McLaren F1, pretty sure that's more of a supercar than the Bull.

I'd still rather have a Carrera GT than any of the four. Which is the only Porsche I'd ever rather have over anything, really.
