    Well, just so you know, I've caught Seal Beach PD (notably the blonde female) driving around with her silver cell phone up to her ear without a handsfree device.


    I've also caught the CHP (the ones who lurk Rossmoor, CA) with their cells up to their ears. Heaven forbid if they were texting.


    I'm fine with texting if you are AT A RED LIGHT. It's this idiot police chief's fault for letting his foot off the brake in a cruiser.

    MORON.


    And this guy's the Chief?


    I wonder if they're accepting applications, because I'm quite sure I can do another job.

    @driggity: For anyone outside of Washington state it's Seattle. Seattle is all that exists in Washington to them... they forget, if they ever knew, that half the state is a F*cking desert.

    There is a reason for this. Blackberrys are quite addictive. I have suppressed the urge to use mine in traffic, but I can see how some people might be tempted.
