The funny thing is the police on the Tibetan protest picture aren't Chinese police but are Nepalese police.
That's the primary reason why the Chinese public claim media bias, since newspapers print those photos as if they are Chinese police.

Well, I think the answer is obvious. They aren't taping for the nightly news and that dish isn't beaming it back to Xinhua. No, this truck is for keeping tabs on Falun Gong, Tibet and dissidents during times when the normal aparatchik has been displaced. This, my friends, is Big Brother's Chinese cousin -
