Something that is rather unusual. A Kappa Rolling Chassis (what underpins the Solstice and Sky) went for $17,600...

    Bargain? or not?

@UDMan: I'd build a a custom body on that. Something lean. Something sporty. Something.....German.

Sure, it has GM heritage, but they do own Saab and Opel, so using that logic, it seems very reasonable.

I would build a BMW the likes of which BMW would be scared to build. And it would become the greatest car....IN THE WORLD

Sure all the bits wouldn't work exactly right, and the windshield is at the wrong angle. No matter. Give ma chopsaw and lets get to work.

@ampedpack: Yes it was, and here's the listing from BJ:

Sorry for all the posting, but two of the most collectible cars in the collection went for what I think is bargain pricing:

    A 1960 Chevrolet Impala 4 Door Hardtop: $24,200

    A 1918 Cadillac Type 57 Victoria with a V-8, something I thought would go over $100,000 didn't: $35,200!

One of the most interesting trucks went for an astounding amount: A 1925 Chevrolet House Car, built on a one ton Chevy Chassis, with only 35 Horsepower: $123,200!

80% of these cars are shit. An '85 Calais? Saturns? If I were the auctioneer, I'd hit the people who bid on these cars with my gavel.
