    I can't think of a better car for a European road trip than a Ford GT. Sure it would be a nightmare in the tight confines of Lucca, but oh the pleasure of motoring through on the open road. Think of the fun to be had at the stop light Grands Prix in the cities. The big bore blats bouncing off the buildings would be enthralling.

    Am I the only one who thought--for a moment--that said "LeMons"? And then felt the briefest of twinges of disappointment--but enough time to wonder how many penalty laps this baby would get. Maybe none; one lap around and all the other vehicles would be blown off the track. Drop dead gorgeous and lethally fast. WIN!

    Good friend of mine has a GT -drives it everywhere (close to 50k miles on it). Having had the chance to drive it often myself, I love these cars. When I have my inevitable mid life crisis, I'll be figuring out a way to pick one up...
