Interesting. I typically find most "tuner" Mustangs look like they are designed to appeal to the folks with taste that stopped developing in the 8th grade. This car on the other hand, looks tasteful and doesn't scream "I'm a dipshit with more dollars than sense!".
@crankcase - Now 50 and even crankier!: But they're awfully sweet in person. Even though they kill your rearward vision, it's smooth to have a dark back seat in which to do your bidding.
So you have to supercharge the Ford to get 435 hp? Not good when the 6.1 HEMI produces 425 naturally aspirated and when you supercharge or turbo a 5.7 it will kill it for a lot less money.
Interesting that the stock Camaro SS has 426hp and 420lb/ft of torque. And the prices start at $31K, $3800 cheaper than the low end of the Stage One Mustang.
If you have to fork out $43K to get all of that power, then the difference is $12K between the two and you haven't had to go through getting the extra components that should have been on the GT to begin with.
For $43K you are then finally getting the car that Ford should have been making themselves instead of having to go to ROUSH to do the final development of the car.

So cheesy, but so sexy. So wrong, but yet so right. I need me one of these for my work commute.

I happen to like the new Mustang design quite a bit, and it looks bitchin' in silver or the metallic blue they showed off in the press release shots.
This....is just a bastardization of an otherwise clean design.
