Uhhh, by the time you guys posted this, Rahal clarified the rumor. He's still pretty confident he can find a sponsor given the time left before the season starts.

Horribly sad news. Bobby Rahal was a great racer and has been a tremendous team owner. And David Letterman has really raised the profile of the series that the team runs in and opened it up to a far wider audience. It's a classy operation, and I hope they can find a way to patch together the sponsorship to run some sort of a season this year.
