Live Look Inside The GTbyCITROËN In Paris
Citroën has, thus far, come up with arguably the most radical and intriguing vehicle at the Paris Auto Show with the GTbyCITROËN, a joint venture with the makers of the Gran Turismo video game series. The aggressive and futuristic design language is continued inside with a generous use of metallic surfaces and an F1-inspired steering wheel that appears set up to display information. There doesn't appear to be a typical gauge cluster, making us wonder if the GT uses some sort of heads-up display integrated into the wraparound windshield. Citroën Officially Reveals GTbyCITROËN, Joint Venture Concept With Gran Turismo Creators
The teasing is done — Citroën just revealed their new concept car, unofficially called the "Citroen GT" and officially called "GTbyCITROËN," here at the Paris Auto Show and it's hot - it's also supposedly the first car "specifically designed to bring the virtual and real worlds together." What's that mean? Well, apparently visitors to the show can actually drive the car in a true to life simulator on the Citroën stand. But that's not the cool part. The cool part is that it's a joint venture between Citroën and Polyphony, the makers of Gran Turismo. And it sure looks it. Hit the jump for the press release. More »
