NYC Cops Repeatedly Ticket Parked Dead Guy
George Morales probably died in his minivan of a heart attack in early May, parked under the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway underpass. That didn't stop NYC cops from writing him parking tickets for the next couple of weeks. More »
