    I'm actually impressed she wasn't killed by a weak roof. Though if Dwegmull is right, it might have landed on its nose or ass and then fallen over onto its back.

    @WilliamG.: I hate slimy lawyers, and she's an idiot for backing through the guard rail, but she really ought to consider suing the builder, assuming she has proof that she didn't blast through the rail at a speed that would be deemed "excessive".

    Well if my back of the envelope (well really front of the HP33s) calculations are correct, the car was traveling at about 30~35MPH when it hit the ground (assuming a 12m height). If it went head first, the weight of the engine would make it hit the ground in a way similar to a "normal" crash into a solid object while driving. Once it stopped, the position of its center of gravity plus the residual motion away from the building would have caused it to roll on its roof.

    Wow. I thought I was having a bad day. I have done some dumbass things in my day, but nothing approaching that. I'm glad to hear that she is okay, though. Even in a car, four stories can potentially be fatal.
