@Maxichamp: I'd say someone should do the same thing with the Mustang but I know that somone would accidentally "forget" the Mustang II and then the Foxbody would come as a complete shock to the system as the 1973 shrinks to about half it's size. #nissan370z
Seriously, though, I just right-clicked your (broken) images and selected "view image". The real version of what you were trying to post shows up in a new tab, and I can go look at it at my leisure. I used that trick all the time back when we had our special little "durrrr" code to embed images and people would screw it up. #nissan370z
@PowerTryp forever Minardi: I still say the Mustang II ultimately saved the Mustang in the long run. They're due for that kind of size reset again. #nissan370z
@TurboBrick [LIGIER]: I think a LOT of manufacturers and model lines are due for a size reset. I'd like to commend Audi and Mazda for their efforts at spearheading the diet program! #nissan370z
To be fair, however, I am an odd one in the sense that I think that the pre-facelift 350Z coupes are still better looking.
This it much better than the Eclipse, the M3, and the IS250C; but even so, I think the Mustang, A5, G37, and Camaro all have it beat, to say nothing of the Miata, Corvette, and S2000.
I agree with the 350Z coupe. I meant the 350Z Convertible. Never liked those.
I think the G37 and IS250 suffer from the same bland stigma. The opposite of the Miata and S2000. That little Honda will be a classic just like the S600 and S800.
Yes, I think that the 370Z convertible is better looking than the current M3 hard-top convertible. The E46 M3 convertible, however, has them both beat hands down. What they did to the current 3-Series convertible is something that I remain bitter about.

@Maxichamp: I came in here to post exactly that same set. Let me see if my link works for embedding: if not, I'll just include the links in the post.

Even Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and now Nissan.
Brown cars are one part of the 70s that I think the world could do without.

When do we find out about the tire smoke and handling part?

That's understandable I guess.

Actually, it would be an interesting comparison to see how they would fare against the 3-Series performance wise.
Put the standard 370Z against a 335i coupe, and a Nismo 370Z against an M3 coupe.
I bet you the results would be pretty damn close.

My money says that the M3 would beat out the NISMO 370Z, but the standard 370Z would come out on top of the 335i.

Okay, that got me curious:
M3:
Convertible: 4,145 lb (1,880 kg)
Coupe: 3,704 lb (1,680 kg)
Sedan: 3,726 lb (1,690 kg)
370Z:
3,232 lb
The M3's power advantage would probably more than make up for that, though.
