Wolf in sheep's clothing? More like a wolf in GIANT FUCKING KODIAK BEAR clothing. F430s are not exactly subtle and understated.

Why so wide? It looks 599/California inspired. Really don't like their styling direction.

They should stop spending money on crash-testing these. Their customers will gladly do it for them for free. Actually their customers are paying them for the opportunity.

These are clearly the crash test cars at the FIAT safety center. I used to work there and recognize the stripped-out Ferrari (I was there for the F360 crash tests) and the "dead car" side lot.

Someone is about to lose their job at FIAT.

@Drew draws in French, in Russian: You'd be surprised at how much people get away with over there.

I'm a sixteen year old looking to get a new F450 as my first car, and I want to modify it. I have lots of money, so I can buy performance parts. I'm thinking some stickers, and a flying buttress like the 599.

I saw an article on Jalopnik about front wings- do you think I should put one on my F450?

Also, because it is a Ferrari, should I get one of those red keys like a Enzo? Do you think they will interfere with my performance parts budget? (You know, the stickers and the flying buttresses)

@Dallifornia: You forgot the cement. You want to liberally apply cement all over the car.

    My Take On It:

    -the wheels are too small
-the panel gaps are just terrible
-teh interior seems a bit basic

Ferrari engines are always so beautiful. I'm sure part of it is knowing how potent that engine is. It goes beyond that, though. The Ford GT had a potent engine, and it is sexy, but not on the same level as Ferrari engines. Even the more docile Ferrari engines are beautiful to look at.

No engine covers. No hiding what you are. Just let it all hang out there, put a splash of red somewhere, and wait for the looks of adoration.

@HenriPro: They always de-badge and paint the crash test cars ugly colors to avoid detection. I heard stories about workers literally diving into the wreckage after tests to take prancing horse badges, so they stopped using them.

The teal must be the latest attempt to throw off the spies - guess it didn't work.
