    Wait, isn't the A5 essentially the coupe version of the A4? So shouldn't this be the A4 Sportback seeing as how it's got four doors and all?

    First they denied us the RS6 Avant, then they quit the ALMS (which might lead to Acura pulling out after this year), and now they deny us the A5 Sportback.

    It seems like Audi's getting a little model bloat these days. I always like that they kept it simple. They're playing Keeping up with the Jones's with the A3,4,5,6,7,8, and Q5,7. Now, they're making a variant 4 door coupe model for the A5. I thought that's what the A6 was for? Anyway, I hope Audi doesn't go the way of BMW by making every possible niche market vehicle.

    One asscheek all by itself does not a sexy picture make. Up close like this, it's more a clinical study of an individual feature, e.g. we'll suck a little fat out of here and reinject it under the fenders over there.

    Plenty of blackheads, its jacked up a good 2' BUT...


    Wait for it...


    IT RUNS ON STREET TIRES.


    Worst part..
    They give us the Q7 (Cayenne), the Q5 (always the larger vehicle.. cause the smaller one makes too much sense.) Inaddition to the Tiguan (prob a Q3).

    @Ambiguously Unfunny Serial Killer: It's saddest that they won't sell the R15 TDI anywhere.


    Actually, no, not really, that was just a random dream of mine.


    But I thought maybe they should offer more diesels in the USA, and as the price of oil climbs and climbs, diesel might become more attractive (except in California, that is).


    And wagons, just for Jalops.

    @Ambiguously Unfunny Serial Killer: Even sadder, I was reading that they might not even sell the new S4 Avant in North America when the S4 gets released in the fall.
