    @my favorite car is a motorcycle: You can be sure of most of Ohio, except maybe the southeast corner. As an Ohioan who spends a lot of time (and tuition money) in Michigan, I would agree with your statement about your state if it wasn't for those totally illogical left turns.

    Michigan being a ghost state might not be a bad thing for someone as anti-social and pro-firearm as I am. Additionally, one could buy a palace up there for 20k, have no neighbors and use the deserted neighborhood as a road course. I fail to see why I am not packing my bags right now.

    @mytdawg: I'm going to test the dirt road theory out next week. I know most of the roads near my parents have always been dirt, so the question is will they turn my parents road back to dirt.


    BTW, the gun range is right behind my parents house and they shoot everything but canons over there.

    @WheatKing: Any place in Michigan with more than a couple of acres is a "gun range" and a "mud bog". Four wheel drive trucks and firearms are our state symbols.

    Hey Michigan, we are truly sorry we have destroyed nearly every city in your state. We know that places like Flint, Detroit, and Pontiac are near ghost towns thanks to our closing plants and offices there. We want to make it up to you! We are happy to announce that we will build our new small car at your Lake Orion facility! Please try not to focus on the fact that we have never built a decent, let alone competitive small car. We are sure this one will be a huge success, and will help revitalise at least one town in your depressed state. Trust us, we are GM.

    Except Flint isn't anywhere close to being a ghost town. I'll be there in less than a week. Ever been to the farmer's market? It's not a place I'd like to live, really, but it's no ghost town.
