    I thought the whole point of getting a motorcycle was to help you attract women. Why the hell would you want to turn right around and scare them off again?

    @FromaBuick6: EXACTLY - you can pull up next to me ALL DAY on your Duc and I'm gonna check you out, hard, but you pull up on your Duc next to me with one of those on and it wouldn't matter how hot you are - all I see is Freddie Kruger checkin' me out from under that helmet.

    Damn I'm shallow aren't I?

    I could make a pair of goggles out of toilet paper tubes and restrict my field of view and make myself look like a tool just as effectively for free.

    $99 is a bit steep for my Halloween costume. I'll keep an eye on them, though. First, to see if they go on sale. Second, to make sure they don't come after me in the dead of night.

    @SCROGGZILLA!!!: What kind of bike would Paul Blaisdell ride, I wonder?

    I'm not buying until the guy builds a Howling or Dog Soldiers snowmobile helmet. Til then I guess I'll have to continue riding my SkiDoo Olympique dressed as Tobor.

    @Slantsick is a wagon ho: 1. When I see a photo of Paul Blaisdale, I don't think "biker". I think..."gee, he looks a lot like John Waters." Therefore, I'd guess Honda Cub.
    2. If you're riding around on a skidoo dressed as Tobor, then the commentariat deserves...no demands video documentation of this awesomeness. Also, do you carry passed out buxom young lasses (or their blown-up dopplegangers) with you while performing this aqua-hoonage?

    @SCROGGZILLA!!!: "aqua-hoonage"? I don't think she'd make it far.
    Plus there's that whole "can't swim" thing.

    And sadly, that was a fib. I wear a Teenagers From Outer Space V-neck jumpsuit. All the better to fight off giant superimposed lobster shadows- uh, I mean, "aliens". Nobody's turning my dog into a plastic skeleton!

    That reminds me of the rabbit costume from Donnie Darko. That was the only movie character that gave the creeps as an adult.
