    Tron came out when I was an undergrad at Caltech, and I thought it was silly. If Bruce Boxleitner (whom I adore) hadn't been in it, I wouldn't have given it a second thought. Years later, it was so campy I bought it on VHS, which I have to this day. Go figure.

    @Charles_Barrett - Now with Variable-Valve Timing: I saw TRON for the first time at my 10th birthday party. It was well worth having to lug the 25lb, toploader VCR home from the rental shop. I have a feeling there are alot of movies around today that I would give a better chance if I was still 10...

    @Charles_Barrett - Now with Variable-Valve Timing: My brother and I dressed up in TRON attire for Halloween one year. Jumpsuits with glow in the dark paint accessorized with frisbees covered in glow in the dark paint made for a fantastic night. I'm pretty sure that we shouldn't have handled so much glow in the dark paint, but the outcome was spectacular nonetheless.

    I have not seen this movie(EVER) well it's mainly because it came out waaaayyyy before I was born but the trailer does seem BADASS

    TRON came out when I was 6. A few years later we had The Disney Channel and they played TRON probably 50 times in one month during the summer. I liked it. I liked it a lot.

    That was probably one of the first clues I was a nerd.
