These aren't bad looking cars. In fact, there's nothing really objectionable in the entire Lexus line-up. For Toyota-philes with some extra disposable income they are fine.
However, they are part of Toyota. And, along with their parent company, lost their mojo.
Good looks only get you so far. You have to perform, too.
I think the GS is their best current design. If they work the driving dynamics (/oxymoron) a lot, it could be more respected. Let's see if the GS-F really exists.
@Syrax: My boss has a GS (non-hybrid). The design is not abrasive to me but it sure is big for a five-seat sedan. Extend that roof line a bit more and put a hatch on it. They might have a nice looking wagon.
@Motor_Yakuza: I think it could be an application for the rumored LF-A V10. They wouldn't make a completely new engine for one model only. It'll probably make its way to the LS too.
@Syrax: note context. my reply was to ASH, referring to the GS being the prettiest Lexus.
as for nerd girls, I have no frame of reference. the elusive hot gay nerd is a nice find though.
well well well,"Dr. Trent Pierce" sounds like the plot has thickened eh? I bet it was that cagey ER nurse he had an affair with in medical school that recently showed up to disrupt his successful marriage, and family practice so that he would realize he needed to be with her and be a father to his love child... To be continued...

The IS is nice too, but it still looks too much like a toy on the road.
