    As is often the case, I gotta disagree with the prevailing sentiment. This guy is more Jalopnik (or Jalopnique, as the case may be) than I can ever hope to be.


    Jalopnik is all about individual expression. Would I want this monstrosity? No. But given the time, money and knowhow, I would hope each of us would build something completely different from the others.


    While I laugh inside about the guys who fabricate F1 replicas out of cast of shitboxes from third world countries I've never heard of, Hummers from Ford pickups, straight up Lambo replicas or even this, I will tip my glass, and my cap to you Jacque. Enjoy it in good health.

    A bad idea, surprisingly well executed. The expensive and time consuming fabrication of the front swingarm could have been avoided if he had started with a Yamaha GTS1000.


    At least he didn't start with a Laverda 750S Carenata. That is a fairly rare bike that is high on my list of want-to-owns.

    @beercheck: What is it with all the hate on here? Your's is the first post that has the right sentiment. Does everyone bitching here have PMS or just jealous of this guy's skill, creativity, outlandishness, and new cool toy? This is indeed MOST excellent.
