    Yeah, I can see it now... Batman racing after the Joker, then he gets into a one-way street that ends in a wall, and he has to stop and ask the Joker to wait so he can push the batmobile back.

    Novelty size knock-offs are so much easier to pull off than attempted recreations. Instead of folks saying "well, the real Tumbler® was powered by bla, bla, bla..." or "the LED sequence on that KITT replica is completely inaccurate" with novelty size stuff you get a free pass and they say stuff like "Saaa-weeeet! a mini Tumbler, I would soooo swap in a gixxer 1000 motor and rock that thing at the dunes" or "Holy crap, that guy's drag racing a 10 foot tall grocery cart." or "Dude, your head's bleeding".

    @mr_dude: Not so much anymore - it was the two years after undergrad when I was "finding myself" (i.e., working 4 hours a week and watching more tv between 1am and 6am than I care to admit). HOVEROUND! Hoveround hoveround...

    [Edit: I want to make it clear I was not living in my parents' basement - I had a nice house-sitting gig which meant I only had to earn enough money to buy food.]

    Sadly, I've been ruined by YouTube and I can no longer view POV racing videos like this without hearing a maniacal voice chanting "nemesis nemesis nemeSIS" the entire time.


    In this case, the voice had just inhaled helium.
