Curious and clever, but empty of revelation. Worse yet, it could be instruction. Preaching artists: do not want.

I'd like to see this concept realized in real mixed-media: an actual car submerged within a cube of clear acrylic, including submerged fishes and a stuffed bear on top. I was more impressed when I initially thought the lead image was a photo of a an actual still-life artwork.

Totally unrealistic. We all know how those cars would actually look. [Insert mental picture of Miss Belvedere here.]

Some parts of Oakland actually look like this, bears and all. Imagine the inspiration if Keyes went to Detroit.

The post-apocalyptic future is so ten years ago.

Besides, we have the golden child in office now. Nothing's going to go wrong.

Snark aside, I think this is very creative stuff, and well executed, even if isn't something I would hang on my wall (I'm too conventional).

What is nice about art is that it is subjective.

    Very nice stuff indeed.

That's a nice '68 Bel Air that bear's got for himself- tragically, all the '51 Studebakers have seemingly disappeared from the landscape.

    That's a 1954 Plymouth Savoy, not a Studebaker.

FOZZIE: Ah, a bear in his natural habitat- a Studebaker.
