I've always been a big fan of the Legacy Touring Bruce special edition -- somehow, it was seen as a smart marketing move to commemorate an ad campaign with a station wagon.

I mean, I'm on board, but that's absurd, even for Japan.

I'd say a Western Star really would be big in Japan. You'd be running over parked keicars on both sides of the alleyway!

I just can't quite get my head around why Diane Lane would be driving a Hino Cruising Ranger, which despite having a great name, is really just a box truck.

Bruce Willis was so big in Japan that Subaru introduced a limited-edition Legacy named after him, called the Subaru Touring Bruce.

Now if that isn't the most manly, badass car ever made, then I'll have been living a lie all these years.

I don't know, I find the idea of Ray Charles shilling for any car other than a limousine, disturbing. Then again, I haven't watched the video yet.

@P161911 ready for another V-8 instead of the current all I-...: It is kind of like a mean joke. Although I think that I would still like to drive, even if I was blind, because so much of the experience comes from the "feeling."

@P161911 ready for another V-8 instead of the current all I-...: I remember when this add aired in France. In an interview, Ray Charles said he loved it and the main reason he agreed to do the commercial, was because they were willing to let him drive!
