Threadjack: Where the hell is the Concours d'Lemons coverage? Even Jalopnik's boring-ass cousin has a gallery, though judging by 4 of the 5 comments, its readers don't give a rat's ass.
Noooooo! How could the X 1/9 possibly have experienced even the slightest mechanical miscue? I'm sure they'll be back up to (head) warp speed in no time.
Murilee, I'm glad your friends' V8lvo is putting up a good fight. It's simply wonderful to hear that the race order starts out Volvo, Prelude, Integra... Nowhere else could this be imagined.
@dohcspit: But the great thing about FIATs is that to get any sort of use out of them, you do need to drive them like they're on fire.
And because your leaf blower probably has more gumption than any FIAT, driving flat out, means that you're sort of keeping up with traffic. Which helps preserve your license, the way prodding the throttle in a Ferrari rapidly turns into a trip to the courthouse.
Strikethroughs are apparently reserved exclusively for the use of the gods, and never in comments. YMMV.
@FP - Funny how it seems quiet around here, eh?:
You can ogle the 244's all you want. I myself prefer meticulously cared for 122 Amazon Vulva. Especially when she has 600 HP legs to crush you with.

@joneez helped you buy a new car: Jerry Seinfeld's primo Porsche. Look now before it joins his Fiat.

By now you must know where at least some of the bodies are buried.
Be sure to check Krider. Twice. You don't just suddenly recover from such depths of brazen cheatery cheaterness.

Besides, it beats the usual Japanese or American family car from that era.

to set the difference between the Amazon and the 244, the 142 is a good alternative
