    Here are Toronto's contributions. First is the interection of Hwy 401 and 427.

    @MountainDrew: Not that it's very convoluted, but the intersection of the DVP/404 and 401 is horrendous. It doesn't matter what time of day you're going, if you're headed southbound, you will be stuck in traffic until Wynford drive (why is it always Wynford? I'd understand Eglinton, being a major road, but I've never driven Wynford in my life).

    @damnelantra™: Oh, you are totally right. The top lanes are the 4-level. There's no lightrail down the 110 and there's a whole lotta lanes that don't go nowheres. Also, it's an old imagebank image so there you go. Junior league photoshop.

    Presenting Australia's most complex junction.



    Look carefully, one of the bridges isn't connected, so you have to travel at a recommended 80 to be able to jump and land on the down ramp.


    And with this intersection, you need a bit of brain power to be able to work it...

    nah, 10 and 710 are just a normal interchange with an hov element. looks nothing like it. i take it home everyday so it is burned into my memory.

    @oddboxalfa: No, that's the 110 and 105 interchange. If you remove the car-pool ramps, it's a standard-issue stack interchange.

    Kansas City has our own version of the Bermuda Triangle, the "Grandview Triangle." Really, that's the name. There used to be signs As you entered that read "NOW ENTERING THE TRIANGLE."


    They eventually removed them because 1) they served no purpose at all, and 2) they scared the crap out of out-of-towners.

    Tampa International Airport interchange (currently looks 10x worse as it's under construction until 2014 or whatever)
