Today we saw a Nissan GT-R getting towed on its wheels. This will likely cause damage to the car, but is the owner responsible for the repairs?
Since the GT-R is both all wheel drive and a delicate flower of a supercar that is ruinously expensive to repair, you should tow one with all four wheels off the ground. Apparently this tow truck driver didn't get the message.
Nissan's really clear about not towing a GT-R with wheels on the ground, but that's not stopping the NYPD from doing just that this morning near Spinelli's offices. Would it have killed the boys in blue to use a flatbed?
