    Great car company. Horrible new reception area. Completely souless, without definition, purpose or character.


    And if was laying out their storefront, you can be sure there's be an S600 and an NSX in there. And a first gen Insight, if there was room. And one of their first F1 cars, but definitely not last year's.

    The 50th Anniversary Time capsule: It was engineered and manufactured by American Honda's Special Project Department and is to be opened on the 100th anniversary in 2059.

    The early Accords, the cars that everybody has fond, fun memories of. The cars that serve them well, reliably for years and years. The cars that get beat to hell, kicked to the curb, and sent to the crusher as soon as something newer and shinier comes along.

    I will always have a soft spot in my heart for that generation (3rd, maybe?) of Accords (1981-85). My mom's '81 sedan was the first car I remember my family having, and I remember being there at Rockford Honda with my mom and dad to take delivery of my dad's new '85 hatchback...a car that, 11 years, 3 owners, and 225k miles later became my first car.
