It's not every day you have to give way to a car that lacks a human driver.

Although California bans hand-held cell phone use by drivers, and testers of Google self-driving vehicles are legally considered to be "drivers," one Google engineer is still illegally and dangerously reaching out to touch somebody.

Yesterday we told you Google's secretly developing a driverless car and even logged over 140,000 miles on U.S. public roads. Today we've got video of a Google autonomous car driving normal California highways with nobody at the wheel. Eerie!
