    And to think the most exciting thing I saw at a New York Auto Show two years ago was the Maserati GT. Which I then saw a few months later on a New Jersey highway in Newark.


    New York Auto Show equals lame.

    All them cars is FUGLY. I'm not kidding. Maybe the TT and the Mazda are passable, but the rest a freakin' gross.

    @KaptKaos: I agree on the TT much more visually appealing than the original.


    But the mazda looks like some kind of demented lamprey with that butt-fugly grill.

    Hey Wes, i heard that the Polo is going to be offered in a 170hp GTI version.


    also that VW is planning to bring it stateside if gas prices remain the way they are


    straight from the NY Times to boot!


    BTW any newer info on the Golf GTI R20? i mean any sneak peaks before its official debut? or any updates on the regular GTI?
