Oh, and Graverobber, it is so incredibly cool to know you'll be making the rounds here at least semi-regularly. Congrats!

Everywhere I look, I see graves.

And not one of them freshly dug up.

    So sad.

Nice to see this feature return, and well done, Graverobber. Judging by what I see here, I'll vote "Nice Price" and give this car the rare Bobby Dazzler award.

We should all thank Franzouse for suggesting that Graverobber take over NPOCP duties.

ALL the best Jalopnik features are acronyms. NPOCP, PCH, DOTS. And Graverobber's fine by me.

Also: Mad props for reviving this, Mr. Robber. And unless the seller can knock $50k or so off the tab for this car, I say pass the pipe.

If the car had original paint, I would be lobbying for the nice price vote. An old repaint is still a repaint so, in today's market it's approaching crack pipe. Of course, I said that several years ago when I was offered a nice Flaminia Zagato for $50k. Maybe I'm just cheap.

On another note, it's great to see this feature back. Thanks and congrats to Graverobber!

Everyone who doesn't think the Flaminia is cool should know that it has a De Dion rear axle, and that to keep the rear track narrow the u-joints stick out through the wheel hub. If you need to check the u-joints, you just pop off the hubcap and take a gander.

That sounds pretty damn Jaloptastic to me.

Considering the rarity, originality, and unique story behind this car (and the fact that despite sitting for years, it's somehow perfect), Nice Price. Assuming the seller's telling the truth, that is.

Hmm. Gues they had to do something to appease the commentariat. Good show. It also goes to reaffirm my belief in the American Dream, that if you work hard and comment well, you too can be a contributor to Jalopnik!

@Mad_Science: Murilee II: Rise of the Graverobber.

"In a world, where hope has faded, and despair has fallen across the land... One Man will rise up from the masses. One Man will step in, and prove, once and for all, that even without Murilee, life can still go on. One Man will prove to Jalopnik, that life is still worth living.

Starts Thursday at a Jalopnik near you.

@poxpopulus, Deartháir aka Prawo Jazdy: Someone needs to take over the Fantasy Garage and get rid of that goddamn 928. I'd nominate myself, but then the JFG would be filled with Sunbeams, Peugeots, this Lancia and mediocre writing.

@Armand Bengle: Similarly, I'd nominate myself, but the fantasies would get all kinky and weird. Like Scarlett Johansson on the hood of a '69 AMX. Or Peta Wilson in a Hurst S/C Rambler. Or Jessica Alba straddling the T-tops of a GNX.

I think I need to go lie down now.

@Plecostomus - A monument to failure: not to be nasty but is this raplacement really Murilee approved? Both guys are damn good writers and it would be shame and great loss for Jalopnik if it's some half baked plan which will create tensions somewhere else.

@Manic King of Corinthia: Don't worry, I have it on quite good authority that graverobber is not only doing this with the approval of our beloved Murilee, but in fact at her suggestion.
