    I'm guessing all of these cars had been sitting over the winter and hadn't been properly prepared for the long sit. Fuel lines got weakened by the gas left in them and the combination of pressure and heat caused them to burst.


    I don't understand why they don't use stainless steel hardlines on them, when you're dealing with the million+ price tag on some of them cost really isn't an excuse.

    @POLAЯ WUZ EATED BY ZOMBIES: I watched that last night too actually. I thought it was good, but it rates pretty high on the Depressing scale. I think it's the first movie that I've watched with a girl and didn't want to have sex afterward. Heavy drinking sounded like a better idea... or sleeping.

    @Dhillaz hammers stakes through heart-clicks: A very, VERY close second!


    Clint represents an end to an era of great car guy/actors. Coburn, Garner (I just can't seem to forgive him for "The Notebook"!), McQueen, Newman. I can't think of any new car guy/actors that have the same swagger and cool demeanor. Sad really, kinda like watching a Gallardo burn.

    I am thinking that during durability testing Lambo Ferrari et al did not do as much stop-and-go traffic testing as their cars actually see in their lives. Too much heat, not enough ventilation, something's gotta give.
